King Tut earrings

     King Tutankhamen reigned in Egypt in 1333-1323 BC. The image on this pair of earrings is an adaptation of the gold funerary mask found in the King’s tomb, which was discovered in Western Thebes in 1922.
     24K gold-plate over pewter. Gold-filled earwires.
Measures approximately 0.6” x 0.8”.
