Palm Tree brooch

This palm tree pin was inspired by a painting by Claude Monet representing the magnificent Moreno gardens in Bordighera, Italy.

      The palm tree was the emblem of Bordighera.  Monet vividly captured the palm tree’s wild fishbone structure and effusion of colors.

      Enameled 24 Karat gold-plate over pewter.  Measures approximately 1.7" x 1.8".
