Ram brooch, large

       The Egyptian god Khnum was usually depicted with the head of a ram.

       Khnum was one of the earliest-known Egyptian deities, originally the god of the source of the Nile.  On left is our interpretation of the image.

       24 Karat gold plate over pewter.  18” Gold plate chain.  
Measures approximately 1.1” x 1.25”.
