     Inspired by Twin Dolphin design during the Roman Empire, early 4th century AD.

     In Ancient Rome Dolphins were attributed to the Roman water god Neptune. The twin dolphins motif apeared in architecture and jewelry.

     24K antique gold plate over pewter.  Gold-filled ear wires.  Measures approximately 0.6” x 1.25”.
